In 2020, we transitioned from our retail store to a warehouse, carving our own path away from shopping centers and supermarkets to prioritise work-life balance and continue our passion. 

Meet Craig, the driving force behind TCs, sourcing fresh produce at 1 am, three days a week to deliver fresh produce into your kitchen. 

Alongside him, his dedicated wife, Chris, and their daughter, Tarsh, and their dedicated team of workers who are considered family, every box is packed with care and attention to detail. 3. Delivery: We deliver within specified areas. Delivery times may vary. **We are not responsible for goods left outside until you return home. Please leave a cooler bag or similar container out for the driver if you will not be home at the time of delivery.**

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility: We accept refunds for damaged or incorrect items only. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Process: To request a refund, contact us on 0404 852 203 with your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 2 days back to your original payment method or however agreed by both parties.

4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items (e.g., discounted goods, seconds) may not be eligible for refunds.
